Parental Engagement Initiative

Understanding the critical role of parents in a child’s education, our Parental Engagement Initiative seeks to actively involve families in their children’s learning journeys. This program provides workshops, resources, and informational sessions that equip parents with the knowledge and skills necessary to support their children effectively especially in the advent of Competency-Based Education and Curriculum in Kenya. Special attention is given to families in poverty, ensuring they have access to essential support systems.

We take pride in stories of how empowered parents lead to better educational outcomes and development of talents of their children, thereby fostering community development. By involving the community, partners and local businesses, we can create a collaborative effort that promotes educational awareness and enhances community ties, all while showcasing the societal benefits of investing in parental engagement as a means of poverty alleviation.
